1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 567ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 567ph website located at https://567ph.org and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

3. Account Registration

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) active 567ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without notice.

567ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 567ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 567ph platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

567ph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
